Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.

All of our products are shipped using tracked and fully insured shipping methods, meaning that you can track exactly where your parcel is and have the peace of mind that it will arrive safely.

 As our distribution centers are located all over the world, we ask to allow approximately 7 - 20 business days for delivery from when your order is marked as dispatched.

 In some cases, such as around the holiday periods and during times of high demand, orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive.

 Please also note that we are unable to prevent any delays caused by couriers, customs or any other in transit delay out of our control.

 In the event of any delay caused by couriers or customs we ask that you remain patient as your parcel makes its way to you and can guarantee it will be worth the wait.

 

  • I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS AND HAVE RECEIVED ONLY 1 – WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We have a large assortment of products stocked from our manufactures all over the world, so in some instances you may receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at the same time, they are definitely on their way and will be with you soon.

 

  • WHERE'S MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking numbers will be provided in a shipping confirmation email approximately 1 - 3 business days after purchase.

 

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Every order comes with a unique tracking number, this can be found in your shipment confirmation email.  You can track your order by entering the tracking number into the tracking services below:

  • WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS OR TRACKING INFORMATION?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at Support@DeliberateBliss.com and we will amend this for you.

 Order Cancellation

 As we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours if you have not already received your shipping confirmation email. If 24 hours has passed since you have placed your order or you have received a shipping confirmation, that means the order has been sent and the order can no longer be cancelled.

 

  • I ENTERED MY ADRESS WRONG, CAN IT BE CHANGED?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
